The musician played the banjo in the mountains and won the heart of a curious fox

Every artist hopes that one day he will have devoted followers who will value his music.

However, Andy Thorn, a resident of Colorado, never even considered that someone other than him

and his buddy would find his playing the banjo impressive while high in the mountains above Boulder.

But all of a sudden, a cute red-haired admirer of the man’s music appeared.

Hearing the banjo, an inquisitive wild fox emerged from the woods and sat down next to the player to take in the mini-concert he had planned.

The fox listened to the music for a while before deciding to take a closer look around. Then Andy thought his canine visitor would depart, but she stayed!

The fox went back to its position to resume enjoying the music.

The tail-loving music enthusiast finally left but returned the following day to see Andy.

When a fox once approached us while we were in the mountains, we thought, «Wow, evidently she really loves music.

The same fox then approached me the following day as I was seated on a stone in the yard and playing the banjo, and he took a seat next to me.

She did nothing but stare at me and take in the music. It was really awesome. said Andy Thorne.

Following that, Andy’s furry new friend served as the basis for his collection of songs titled Fox Songs and Other Tales From the Pandemic.
