Emmy-winning anchor Heidi Klum and her eldest child, Leni Olumi Klum Samuel,
celebrated Leni’s 19th birthday on Thursday by spending «all day» together in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District after getting criticism for their mother-daughter lingerie shoot.
Day of @leniklum! The 49-year-old German anchor, who has 23 million social media followers, exclaimed on Instagram that she was «born in the big apple 19 long years ago.»

She is already juggling her studies while also attending a college in New York City to study interior design.
The Making the Cut producer-host and Leni were spotted on the street two days after Italian lingerie company Intimissimi,
founded in 1996, published their second advertisement with the slogan, «Great style runs in the family.»
Some people dubbed the bra and underwear shot «nepotism,» «uncomfortable,» «awkward,»
and «disgraceful» in the comments on Intimissimi’s Instagram post, while others thought it was just «modeling» or «sharing a passion.»
When Sarah and Heidi participated in their first Intimissimi’s campaign, a «celebration of women,» which debuted on October 10, Samuel was just 18 years old.
The CAA Fashion model revealed to People that she had the advantage of being a nepotistic baby: «I did get help starting off, and I know that people would dream to start off with what I had.»
«I’m very happy that I was able to use what my mother gave to me. However, I am putting in the effort and time.
I currently work for myself, travel alone, and attend school. I just adore the same things that my mother and I do.
Leni may credit Klum for her first magazine cover, German Vogue, which she received when she was 16 years old in 2020.
The previous year, Klum participated as a guest judge on Germany’s Next Topmodel.
