The judges Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden were in tears after one magic performance as Britain’s Got Talent made a triumphant return to television on Saturday night.
The 13-year-old Cillian O’Connor performed a number of incredible feats, including reading Simon’s mind.

Alesha continued, ‘I liked everything about it and especially you. It’s evident how much this means to you, which makes it even more precious.
And Bruno remarked, «I was really enthralled by what you’re doing, which is a remarkable quality for someone so young. You have a wonderful future ahead of you.
Following the performance, Twitter was awash in admiring comments from viewers. One person wrote:
«That young magician is very very good and I’ve been to a few Derren Brown shows.» Also seems like a lovely man.»
One more said, «That autistic magician dude ruled man, to be honest.»
As someone who has lived with autism all of their life, a third individual commented: «I’m immensely proud of your achievement as one of the greatest magicians I’ve ever seen on BGT so far.»
Someone else commented: «Absolutely brilliant, brought a tear to my eye» in another place.
Watchers who were equally impressed wrote «Well done Cillian» and «Well Done.»
Following Simon’s admission that he ‘wasn’t involved’ in David Walliams’ decision to leave the Britain’s Got Talent judging panel, the news was announced.
The TV executive broke his silence on the comedian’s departure and said he would «never condone» the comedian’s inappropriate insults to other participants.
He then apologized and left the show.
Despite being an executive producer and judge on the program, Simon continued, other producers who were more «hands-on» were involved in the discussions preceding David’s departure.
‘I didn’t actually get engaged in the decision,’ he claimed in a statement to The Sun. I believe he made the decision to move backward.
Although I am an executive producer, the two producers are more hands-on, so we did tell them that they must make the final decision.
