Aniston shares her post-workout routine, wearing only massage pants for weight loss
Jennifer Aniston has shared a glimpse into her post-workout routine as she slipped into compression trousers for a lymphatic drainage massage.
The actress, 54, took to Instagram last week to share a slew of summer photos, with one that gave an insight into her wellness regime.
The fitness fanatic, who recently put her body on display for a global ad-campaign A Strength That Sets You Free, opted for a Body Ballancer treatment.
The treatment helps to increase circulation and gently but thoroughly decongests the problem areas of hips, thighs, bottoms by laying in an inflating compression garment which applies a gentle or firm massage.
In Jennifer’s gym, she laid out flat on the floor with her arms and legs spread and appeared calm and relaxed throughout the process.
Last month, she revealed how her partnership with Pvolve has changed her approach to fitness.
After spending years ‘breaking her body,’ Jennifer said: ‘With this program, you can start gentle and you can restore your body.’
She said it is an innovative method that she ‘instantly fell in love with.’
The star also shared: ‘So proud to support our female founder and the beyond talented trainers. This is one of my favorite workouts… and I’m so grateful for the team and excited for what’s to come.’

But the best part of her day is the time she sets aside to meditate, she said.
Elsewhere in her Instagram dump saw The Murder Mystery star rocking a black bikini top and a large summer straw hat, as she made her way to the beach.
