Ashley accessorised her stylish look with a straw handbag and dark sunglasses, finishing things off with chic silver earrings.
The TV and radio personality looked in good spirits as she showed off her toned pins while strutting through the streets of the capital.
Ashley also took to her Instagram Story to reveal the details of her outfit as she posed for a glamorous bathroom mirror selfie.
On Monday, Ashley hit the gym changing into a navy sports bra and matching leggings as she posed for a selfie with her trainer.
The blonde beauty pulled her locks into a neat ponytail and rocked a pair of long white socks and coordinated trainers.
The pair held up a peace sign, as Ashley admitted she felt ‘destroyed’ from the session.
She penned: ‘Look how happy he is for destroying me. Solid sesh @lewisprosser @bxrlondon’.
