With her most recent adornment, a nine carat diamond toe ring, «Diamonds» hitmaker Rihanna, 35, demonstrated her status as a trendsetter.
On May 24, the expectant mother revealed on TikTok the enormous diamond ring she was wearing on one of her left toes. She made fun of silent luxury in the caption of the video.
The extravagant piece was worn by Rihanna with what appeared to be a white feathered dress that was briefly displayed at the end of the video, as well as open-toed black high heels.
Many of the pop star’s 8.4 million fans responded to the video quickly by leaving a deluge of comments.
One fan joked in the comments, «Rihanna rocks a toe ring so I went out and bought a toe ring,» while another said, «Oh to be as rich as Rihanna.»
A third admirer couldn’t help but point out that Rihanna may have just started the most recent toe ring fad. «And on that day, a toe ring revolution began,» the fan wrote.
The nine-carat total weight of the pear-shaped ring was confirmed by Los Angeles-based jeweler XIVKARATS through Instagram.
The 35-year-old appeared to have worn the stylish attire on April 30 (see PHOTOS HERE), even though she didn’t post the close-up footage of her toe ring until May 24.
The feathery dress and the black heels Rihanna wore in the TikTok video appeared to be the identical ones. She also appeared to be wearing the same shoes.
The Fenty Beauty founder captioned the video, «not even Monday,» possibly alluding to the May 1 Met Gala.
The following day, a supporter uploaded a video to Instagram discussing the toe ring on May 1. I’m only here to inform you that Rihanna had a nine-carat diamond on her toe.

«Success means wearing a nine-carat diamond on your toe and not even caring enough to post about it.»
Nearly a month later, Rihanna disproved them by sharing the footage of her diamond jewelry.
