At the star-studded TIFF Tribute Awards, Amy Adams and Sandra Oh lead the celebrity arrivals and look stunning in sleeveless gowns

At the Toronto International Film Festival Tribute Awards on Sunday, Amy Adams and Sandra Oh drew attention with their striking costumes.

The 53-year-old Killing Eve phenomenon and the 50-year-old Nightb**ch actor, whose daughter made her red carpet debut on Saturday, each donned ensembles that emphasized their distinct styles.

Adams, on the other hand, looked stunning in an off-the-shoulder, low-cut velvet dress the color of cranberries. The bodice, which fit the actress’s slim torso, included a keyhole detail.
And Oh drew attention with her black dress, which had a sheer corseted bodice and a flowery embellishment at the neckline and skirt trim.

Amy looked lovely as always in her A-line dress and open-toed black heels.

She paired her sparkly pieces with a bracelet, choker, and matching set of stud earrings. Her crimson hair cascaded down her back in gentle waves of barrel curls, parted in the middle.

And with the help of a matte mauve lip color, gentle blush, and sparkly eye shadow, her face looked radiant. The silver screen siren made her debut in her upcoming horror/comedy at this year’s festival.

She plays a woman who worries that she is becoming a dog in the film; a scene from the teaser had the celebrity gorging on food without using any cutlery.

The main character of the movie, according to the synopsis, is ‘an artist who pauses her career to be a stay-at-home mom as she seeks a new chapter in her life and encounters just that when her nightly routine takes a strange turn and her maternal instincts begin to express in canine form.’

The synopsis went on, «She becomes more conscious of the odd and unmistakable signs that she might be turning into a dog as she embraces the feral power deeply rooted in motherhood.»

Sandra’s figure-hugging outfit revealed a peek of her flesh through the translucent bodice. It tightened at her tiny waist, then flowed into a pencil skirt and ended at her black Manolo Blahnik heels with pointed toes.

The veteran actress had her dark hair tousled into a frizzy updo and was decked up with teardrop-shaped earrings. With her matching flutter lashes and flawless, liquid black eyeliner, she looked stunning.

Her lips were stained in the same shade as her cheeks, which completed the look of her delicate pink blush. Lupita Nyong’o, 41, made an elegant entrance, strutting the red carpet in a sleeveless gown adorned with vertical sequin stripes and an ombre pattern of black and brown.

The sparkling gown featured a lengthy skirt with delicate accordion pleats that flowed outward from a modest crew neck design. Her thick dark hair was styled in an updo with loose curling strands.

For the event, the Black Panther actress wore vivid red lipstick and tiny earrings. The 55-year-old Cate Blanchett showed off her exquisite sense of style with an asymmetrical black-and-white patterned dress.

One side of the distinctive style featured no sleeves, while the other had a three-quarter sleeve pattern. It featured a high neckline, a waist that drew in, and a hemline that gently flared out. Blanchett styled her blonde hair into a flirtatious side part with waves.

Wearing a complete face of beautiful makeup, including a matte pink lipstick and a pale pink blush, she flashed her brilliant smile.Mae Martin, 37, wore a fitted pantsuit with a black and white color scheme. She layered a white crew neck sweater over her jacket and tucked it into her pants.

Black boots with laces completed the classic ensemble. Martin posed for a picture while walking the step-and-repeat with fellow comedian Lis Gilroy, who was decked up in a pleated one-shoulder dress with a side slit.

Her face was framed by long strands of her icy-blonde hair that were pulled up in a loose bun. Adriana Paz, a dancer and actress from Mexico, made an impression on the world wearing a translucent black gown.

The sleeveless, vampire-inspired ensemble included a nude underlay, a turtleneck, and a patterned, lace overlay. She wore her dark hair in a sleek, slick-back bun after dividing it in the middle. She also wore medium-sized gold hoops as earrings, all the while flaunting a well made-up face.
