Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have tense conversation after reuniting for the first time since their divorce
For the first time since filing for divorce, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were spotted together on Saturday at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where they appeared to be having a heated confrontation.
The 53-year-old Batman actor made an arm gesture as he came in close to talk to the 55-year-old Maid in Manhattan star. Later, Jennifer appeared to wipe away her tears as they sat in their car.
The conversation happened in front of Ben’s children from his previous marriage, Finn, 15, and Samuel, 12, as well as Jennifer’s twins, Emme and Max, 16, from her previous marriage, Marc Anthony. Violet, 18, is likewise shared by Ben and Garner.
Days Wearing a stylish black cropped sweater and skintight flared denim, the actress looked like a movie star as she strolled beside Ben at the renowned hotel.
Her gorgeous face, accentuated by a pair of vintage glasses, was perfectly framed by her sandy blonde hair falling in loose waves. Jennifer wore a gold «Jennifer» band on her wedding finger and her engagement ring from Ben on her pinky finger.
Ben was periodically observed without his wedding band during the separation rumors, and Jennifer was occasionally spotted wearing hers, which fed the allegations even more. Ben, on the other hand, wore denim that matched his blue shirt for a more laid-back vibe. He accessorized with his go-to Nike high-tops.
The get-together also occurs after Jen stopped by her ex-husband’s preferred fast food restaurant in Los Angeles on Monday.
The celebrity was spotted in the drive-through of a nearby Jack in the Box, looking like she was preparing to treat herself to a cheat meal.
Jennifer’s fast-food excursion appeared to be motivated by Ben’s recent spate of food deliveries to his new bachelor pad, even though they formally split up last month.
Fast food had been a fixture in JLo and Ben’s relationship, with the couple reportedly visiting McDonald’s three days in a row during their second attempt at romance last year.
The guy who plays Batman has a close relationship with Jack in the Box. When his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, took him through the fast food chain’s drive-thru before sending him to rehab for the third time in August 2018, he made headlines.
Ben was spotted at another Jack in the Box in Santa Monica a few days prior, along with Playboy model and ex-girlfriend Shauna Sexton.
