Brad Pitt proved that he has a big heart and allowed an elderly neighbor to live in his house for free
One of the nicest and sweetest individuals in Hollywood, Brad Pitt has long established a solid reputation in this regard.
Journalists just discovered more proof that the actor truly has a broad soul.
Accordingly, Cassandra Peterson, who played «Elvira» and from whom the actor purchased a 1.9-acre plot in Los Feliz in 1994,
recently revealed to reporters that the actor had given a free residence to an elderly neighbor.
Remember that the first plot that Brad bought was rather small?
But Pitt has continuously added to his huge property since 1994 by purchasing little neighboring houses.
The actor purchased roughly 22 homes close to the site’s perimeter, claims Cassandra. Brad called attention to a mansion that belonged to an elderly guy who was already 90 years old.
It appears that he was able to reach an agreement with the man that allowed him to stay in the house even after it no longer belonged to him.
The elderly man also skipped rent payments and survived till he passed away at the age of 105.
Pitt probably just feared that the property might transfer to grandkids or other family members, with whom he could have to deal more difficultly.
The kindness of Brad’s heart never ceases to astound internet users.
By the way, the actor used to successfully sell real estate. Remember that the home was listed for $39 million?
It’s interesting to note that Brad only gave the Elvira actress $1.7 million at first. The amount Pitt spent to enlarge the facility is not disclosed at the same time.
