Miley Cyrus shared a new teaser for her next single and upcoming show.

The 30-year-old star was wearing a back sleeveless outfit with her highlighted hair down as she said in her caption, ‘Used To Be Young. August 25th.

ENDLESS SUMMER VACATION: CONTINUED (BACKYARD SESSIONS) AUG 24TH ON ABC.’

In the clip Cyrus did not talk about her new tunes.

Rather, she shared a look at the last episode of her tween blockbuster TV show Hannah Montana.

She said the last episode was very ‘dramatic’ as she blew a kiss and belted out a little bit of a tune.

Miley held up her computer to show herself in a clip from Hannah Montana which aired from 2006 until 2011.

The Wrecking Ball singer filled her Instagram account with countdown clock posts showing her Used To Be Young record will be out on 25 August.

That is when her musician father Billy Ray Cyrus will turn 62.

She shared a sexy series of images alongside the timers counting down to the release Friday.

One of the showed her posing in a green corset-style top, fishnet tights and silver socks with heels.

The lyrics to Miley’s new song have already come out, and show she uses it to reflect on her partying past.

They include: ‘I know I used to be crazy. I know I used to be fun. You say I used to be wild, I say I used to be young.’

Fans have speculated the fact the track is coming out on August 25 is a thank you to her father for standing by her as she found her way in showbiz and eventually put her partying ways to bed.

It has been seven months since her hit ‘Flowers’ came out – which Miley released on ex-husband Liam Hemsworth’s birthday.
