The performer stated that she is «planning to reschedule the show as soon as possible» with her crew.It’s not «hella good» feeling for Gwen Stefani.
On Saturday, August 10, the 54-year-old rocker known as «Rich Girl» revealed on her Instagram Stories that she had lately suffered a «injury» that has affected her upcoming concert schedule.
«I’ve been informed by my doctors that I will not be performing on August 17 at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena in Atlantic City due to a recent injury,» the woman stated.
The performer apologized to her fans who were impacted by the change in schedule, but she withheld any further information regarding her injury.
Stefani apologized and said, «We are going to reschedule the show as soon as possible.» She also mentioned that Ticketmaster would send out emails to ticket holders «as soon as the new show is announced.» The «current tickets,» according to her, would be «valid for the new date.»
According to Stefani’s website, she will still be performing on September 20 at the iHeart Radio Music Festival 2024 in Las Vegas. She will then go to Huntsville, Alabama, on September 28 for the South Star Music Festival, and on October 12 for Live Out Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico.
The news was released over two weeks after Stefani and Ryan Tedder and Anderson debuted their brand-new song, «Hello World.»Packing for the Summer Olympics.
The new song is «aimed at inspiring everyday greatness among athletes and fans around the world,» according to a press release.
In a statement given to PEOPLE at the time, Stefani said, «We are thrilled to officially launch ‘Hello World’ for Paris 2024 in partnership with the Coca-Cola Company and the International Olympic Committee (IOC).» «We hope that as people unite to celebrate the Olympic Games, ‘Hello World’ inspires positivity.»
Along with behind-the-scenes photos from the music video shoot, she also posted an Instagram video of herself singing the song in front of the Olympic rings while wearing a silver outfit.
She wrote as the video’s caption, «I am so honored to have collaborated on «Hello World» alongside @anderson._paak and @ryantedder for the Olympics ✨stream it now:) gx.»
Along with Reba McEntire, Snoop Dogg, and Michael Bublé, the former No Doubt singer and Blake Shelton’s wife is slated to return as a coach on NBC’s The Voice for its newest season, which is slated to premiere on September 23.
A new promo video for the upcoming season was unveiled by NBC on July 26. It has Snoop, 52, McEntire, 69, Bublé, 48, and Stefani singing a happy version of the Four Tops’ 1966 classic song «Reach Out I’ll Be There» while dressed in matching clothes.
NBC will air The Voice again on Monday, September 23 at 8 p.m. ET.
