Finis Linderman adopted and named Tigger a homeless kitten eleven years ago.
The baby was carried home by the girl, who resolved to keep him permanently after feeding him.
Tigger stayed with her father, who was then employed by a contracting company, until she moved a few months later.
The man who became the tabby cat’s official foster father was someone the cat did not want to lose.
«By 8 am, I’m on my way to work. Around 7:30, Tigger jumps up into my lap, settles down, and starts purring loudly.
The animal’s owner, John Linderman, claims that it appears as though the pet comprehends everything and feels the same feelings that he does.
When the man returns home at lunchtime, Tigger is already waiting on the doorstep to greet him.
The cat again jumps on the man’s lap, extends out his paws, and gives him a bear hug when John warms up and consumes his food.
The cat occasionally lies so peacefully on John’s knee that he begins to sniff loudly and fall into a nice sleep.
