Nahla Ariela, Halle Berry’s daughter, is already 15 years old.
On Thursday, the actress, 56, posted three images of her daughter along with a heartfelt message to Instagram to wish her a happy birthday.
The Moonfall actress proclaimed, «One of the greatest gifts the world has given me is my daughter, Nahla.
She is like the moon that never sets and the light that never goes down. Happy 15th birthday to her, please join me in wishing you all the best! Sweet darling, I adore you.
The first picture in the birthday tribute featured a youthful Nahla and Halle laughing together in black and white.
The teen’s backside was visible in the second photo as she sat on a hammock and gazed out at the glistening waterways. She appeared summer-ready in denim shorts and a lime-green tee.
The last picture showed Nahla wearing an enormous gray flannel, seated on a white outdoor couch. She tilted a beige newsboy cap over her forehead while holding onto the visor.
A few of Halle’s well-known acquaintances posted birthday greetings for Nahla in the post’s comment section.
Happy birthday, lovely Nahla! wrote actor Viola Davis. In addition to Julianne Moore, Mario Lopez, an actor and TV presenter,
also posted «HBD Nahla!» with three red hearts. Happy birthday, Nahla!» exclaimed the performer.
The last time Nahla appeared on her mother’s Instagram stream was for her 14th birthday, so Halle’s picture of her is unusual.
The Golden Globe winner wrote, «4 years ago, I was blessed to give birth to a ‘Earth Angel’ and I named her Nahla Ariela! «,
alongside a picture of herself and her daughter strolling on the beach at dusk. I’m both humbled and ecstatic to be in your company.
Nahla is shared by Halle and Gabriel Aubry, her husband. She and her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez,
also share a 9-year-old boy named Maceo Robert Martinez. They were wed in 2013 and divorced in 2016.
Since 2020, Maceo has been dating Van Hunt, with whom she enjoys a close connection.
In January 2022, Halle remembered the event to AARP. «My son, Maceo, of his own volition did this little commitment ceremony for us in the back seat.»
