In a recent image from the Joker movie set, Lady Gaga flaunts her costսme
As she was spotted filming as Harley Quinn for the upcoming Joker sequel, Lady Gaga looked absolutely stunning. During the sneak preview for Joker:
Folie à Deux, in which Joaquin Phoenix also stars, the Oscar-nominated actress wore a diamond-patterned top reminiscent of harlequins, a bright red jacket, and clown makeup on her face.
A squad of police officers appeared to be leading Gaga’s Harley Quinn down the steps of city hall in the dramatic sequence that was being shot on March 24.
The shocking images of Gaga come over a month after Todd Phillips, the movie’s director, offered comic book fans a massive love letter with the actress’s first appearance as the Joker’s paramour.
On February 14, Todd published a close-up photo of Lady Gaga holding Joaquin’s face in her hands on his Instagram page.
He captioned it, «Happy Valentines Day,» which was enough to enrage the stans.
Since she was said to be in «early talks» to play it during the summer of 2022, the «Hold My Hand» hitmaker has obviously been putting in the work.
She also has a lot to live up to since Margot Robbie, who nailed the superhero role in Birds of Prey (2020) and The Suicide Squad, is taking over. (2021.)
When word of the «Bad Romance» singer’s involvement leaked, Margot even gave the impression that she was shipping Gaga and Harley.
The Australian beauty remarked, in part, during an MTV News video interview (via Variety) back in October,
«It’s such an honor to have built a foundation strong enough that Harley can now be one of those characters that other actors get to have a go at playing.»
«And I have no doubt she’ll do something amazing with it.»
Margot also stated that she was «happy» to transmit the baton because she had always pictured Harley Quinn as «one of those characters the way…
like Macbeth or Batman always gets passed from great actor to great actor.»
«Someone gets to do their Batman, or someone gets to do,» she said in her conclusion.
