The 37-year-old model looked effortlessly stylish as she sported a distressed, brown leather jacket teamed with loose-fitting, medium-wash denim jeans.
She left her brunette tresses down and shielded her eyes with a pair of dark, retro shades.
The television personality — who called it quits with Tom Brady last week after their brief romance reportedly ‘fizzled out’ — also appeared to be fresh-faced and makeup-free for their daytime outing.
She appeared to have her hands full, carrying a purse and shopping bags, while out in the city with her six-year-old daughter, Lea De Seine.
Shayk shares her only child with ex Bradley Cooper — whom she dated for about four years.
The A Star Is Born actor has been romantically linked to Gigi Hadid most recently.
Shayk had been dating NFL star Brady since they were spotted being affectionate during a night out in July.
It was revealed that Brady ended his short-lived romance with Shayk because he was too focused on his career and fatherhood, according to an exclusive report by DailyMail.com.
This comes about a year after he and supermodel Gisele Bundchen ended their marriage after 13 years.
A source revealed that Brady ended things with Shayk because he ‘wasn’t able to give his full attention’ to her.
‘If Tom had more time for love, he would be all about it and would likely still be dating Irina,’ the insider claimed. ‘He really thinks she is great.
‘But Tom is keeping himself busy with his businesses, being a part of the sports teams he owns, getting ready for his commentating job next year, and being a father.’
