Friend for life? On Saturday, April 23, Jennifer Aniston was spotted leaving for a low-key supper with her ex-husband Justin Theroux.
But that wasn’t a one-on-one excursion. The former power couple’s close friends Jason Bateman and his wife,
producer and actress Amanda Anka, were also spotted dining with them at the posh II Cantinori restaurant in New York City. The Murder Mystery beauty, 54,
was seen hugging Justin, 51, in pictures that can be seen HERE before being seated across from Jason and Amanda. She was dressed in all-black for the occasion.
She later carried an umbrella and a solitary red rose as she left the hip restaurant. As he came, Justin was dressed in a black shirt, black slacks, and shining black boots.
The American Psycho actor and legendary TV comedian got engaged in 2012, got hitched in 2015, and then got divorced in 2018.
But there didn’t seem to be any ill will between the former lovers. When they chose to end their relationship as a pair, they issued a joint statement that said,
«We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship.»
Jen appeared to proceed without incident. She acknowledged that she was not actually devastated by the split in an interview with InStyle from the year 2018.
