Kim reveals why she’s continuing to film her series after 16 years in the business, adding that she gives viewers a lot
Kim Kardashian was on the defensive on Wednesday’s episode of The Kardashians on Hulu.
The 42-year-old addressed criticism that she does not share enough about her personal life on the show and is just dropping by the series to get a paycheck.
The SKIMS founder told Scott Disick and Khloe Kardashian that she feels at the start of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2007,
it was easy to talk her personal life like who she was dating, because they didn’t have any children yet.
But now, 16 years later, on The Kardashians, it is much more challenging as the stakes are higher — as in she has a difficult ex-husband in Kanye West and four kids that read the internet.
‘I give a lot,’ the billionaire stated firmly. ‘Khloe and I, we give real content. We’re sharing every last detail of our lives.’
The siren added that she will continue to film the show and has no plans to quit.
Scott Disick takes his time to carefully ask Kim if she would ever leave the show behind, as he seems like he is trying out for a talk show gig.
Kim then comes on strong that she definitely won’t be quitting her day job anytime soon.
‘We love filming, we love our show,’ says Kim.
‘I will always want to film and give our all,’ she explained.
Scott then says the obvious: ‘I think the show is the centerpiece to the whole franchise.’
In other words, no The Kardashians, no SKIMS (Kim), Good American (Khloe), 818 Tequila (Kendall), Lemme (Kourtney) or Kylie Cosmetics mega sales.
That is when Kim told fans in a confessional why she keeps at it after so many years, so much fame and so much money.
