Olivia shows off her stunning figure in black workout clothes after a tough workout at the gym
Olivia Wilde got in yet another rigorous workout at her favorite gym in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The actress/director was captured arriving to the facility in the Studio City neighborhood in the afternoon.
Afterwards, Olivia had a healthy glow all while flaunting her enviably fit figure in all-black workout clothes.
She rocked a skintight onesie that had spaghetti straps and skintight legs as well as comfy sneakers.
Olivia made her way to her parked vehicle with a white reusable water bottle in hand and a yellow tote bag slung over her shoulder.
She appeared makeup-free and wore her light brown hair tied back in a messy bun.
With the sun glaring down, the Don’t Worry Darling director made the smart decision of rocking dark shades during her time outdoors.
When it comes to health and fitness, the New York City native prefers to move to the beat of her own drum.
On most days she doesn’t follow a fixed routine, and instead opts to do different forms of activities for her fitness regimen — from rigorous cardio to Pilates.
One of the things she does on a daily basis is walking.
And she does this, in part, by choosing to walk over being driven whenever given the choice.
Walking has excellent anti aging effects, as it strengthens your bones which in turn prevents loss of bone density and diseases like osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, according to Health Yogi.
For example, the New York City native will often use the stairs as opposed to an elevator, and she tries to engage in her phone use while out on a stroll.
Her day also included taking her two children to The Broad, a contemporary art museum in Los Angeles offering free general admission and an active program of rotating exhibitions.
Wilde posted two photos taken during their visit, which included one where she’s seen being minimized as a human by walking among an over-sized table and chairs that she called ‘very predictably my favorite.’
