Photos of model who spends her free time selling fish at wet market went viral and has boosted stall’s business
Filial devotion to one’s parents and elders is a fundamental principle of Chinese culture. It involves having a strong sense of devotion and respect for one’s parents, grandparents, and general superiors.
It makes sense that as parents get older, their children would want to take the greatest care of them as they raised their own kids in the same manner. This young lady helped her family whenever she had time and shown a strong sense of responsibility for them.
Liu Pengpeng is not one of the modern-day kids who would feel ashamed to have parents who make a profession selling fish. The 26-year-old Taiwanese model assists her mother at the family’s stand in Chunghua County’s Shetou Market. It is no secret that she is frequently spotted assisting her mum in between modeling gigs.
A client once snapped a photo of Liu working the stall because she was charmed by her attractiveness and uploaded it on Facebook with the remark, «Ma [mother], in the future, I will always assist you buy fish.»
The photo post quickly went viral, and Liu almost instantly became a household name online! She thanked her fans on Facebook, and soon the small business run by her family was flourishing.
«The fish market was so crowded as if it were Chinese New Year Eve,» one person remarked on the post.
Since then, she has been referred to as «The world’s most beautiful fishmonger» by both local and international news organizations.
Liu expresses her gratitude to everyone who visits her family’s stand to support their company and expresses her appreciation for all the help and attention she has been receiving.
