The 32-year-old supermodel chatted cheerfully on the phone while taking her dog Colombo for a walk in the city that never sleeps.
Wearing her curtains of red hair down with a bit of fringe, Emily accented her screen siren features with naturalistic makeup.
She jazzed up the look with a couple of necklaces, warding off the summertime rays with a large pair of black sunglasses.
Her latest sighting comes amid her on-again romance with a smoldering DJ named Orazio Rispo, whom she was first linked to last year.
Emily has conducted a whirlwind, headline grabbing love life in the wake of the collapse of her marriage to movie producer Sebastian Bear McClard.
She was first spotted kissing Orazio last autumn, but in the intervening time has run around with such names as Pete Davidson and Eric Andre.
