Social media is amazed by a Japanese woman who plays the violin expertly with one arm
A Japanese woman who can play the violin with one hand has become the subject of discussion.

The woman performs this while holding a unique shoulder prosthesis on which she has fastened a bow.
Having heard her music, one might initially be unable to tell that she only uses one hand to perform.
A video of a Japanese woman playing the violin went viral on Facebook at the beginning of September. Seems unremarkable, don’t you think?

Yet the woman does not have a right arm; instead, a long mechanical prosthesis that is fastened to a sort of cover over her shoulder serves as the limb’s replacement. At the finish, a bow is held.
The woman warms up a bit before playing. She then attaches the violin’s bow.

The design seems very clunky at first glance, and it initially appears unlikely that anything will come of this endeavor.
But from the moment the violin begins to play, any reservations about the Japanese woman’s playing are fully dispelled.
She moves her right shoulder, causing the instrument to generate an incredible song.

A Facebook user from Japan shared a video of a woman playing the violin. And the video received nearly 10 million views in just five days.
Manami Ito is the name of the woman, and she enjoys swimming in addition to music.
Manami participated in the Paralympic Games in Beijing in 2008 and London in 2012. She is a nurse by profession. She also has a child to raise.
