Spears asks fans how many times they were scammed by someone they loved in a new video
Britney Spears asked her fans how many times they’ve ‘been lied to or tricked by someone’ they love in her latest Instagram dancing video shared on Sunday.
The Gimme More hitmaker, 41, who recently went topless while horseback riding in the desert, sent the question to her followers amid her bitter divorce from Sam Asghari — after he filed last month on August 16.
In the clip she could be seen wearing a long-sleeved, cheetah-print bodysuit that contained a plunging neckline, revealing a brown bra underneath.
The performer slipped into a pair of white heeled boots and allowed her blonde locks to flow down naturally in light waves past her shoulders.
In the caption of the post, Spears penned to her 42.1 million fans, ‘My HANDS ON MY HIPS SAY EVERYTHING !!! How many times have you guys been lied to or tricked by someone you loved ??’
She concluded with, ‘Psss on repeat because well … I MEAN IT !!!’ referencing to the 2003 track, Trick Me by Kelis, that was playing in the background of the clip.
The song could possibly be hinting to her recent split from Asghari, which contains lyrics such as, ‘And I showed you that I loved you more than once/
There’s nothing left there to decide/Said you might trick me once/I won’t let you trick me twice.’
Other lyrics included, ‘Though I may love you/It hurts me deep inside, oh/Now you no longer have to hide.’
Her post comes shortly after the star went horseback riding in the desert on Friday — and found the summer heat so oppressive she tore her top off.
She regaled her more than 42 million Instagram followers with a video of her cheerfully riding the horse while topless.
However she included only footage taken from the back, ensuring she did not fall afoul of any of the website’s Community Guidelines.
‘I had to take my top off in the f***ing desert !!!’ the Oops!…I Did It Again singer blared in her caption. ‘I should have gone naked !!!’
Her flesh-flashing ride comes after the pop act happily revealed a new snake tattoo that she recently got on her back and showed snippets of the process in an Instagram video also shared on Friday.
