On The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, Kit Harington confirmed that he and his wife Rose Leslie are expecting their second child together. Kit is «terrified» of the imminent addition to the family, despite having had a practise run.
Especially since their kid will be surprised.
«He’s about to get the shock of his life in the form of a brother or sister,» stated the Game of Thrones actor. «You know how you walk on clouds and dance through meadows and daisies for nine months with your first child?
At the very least, the man is. The reality check is considerably shorter this time, and you get practical quickly.»
Kit and Rose have been tried to prepare and explain to their toddler the concept of a brother, but he «doesn’t quite conceptually understand it just yet.»
«We’re trying to get him ready for it,» Kit said, «and we point at Rose’s belly and say, ‘Mummy’s baby, mummy’s baby,’ and he points at his tummy and says, ‘My baby, my baby.'»
The pair married in 2018, and their first child was born in late 2020, however the specific date was never established. They started dating after meeting on the set of their hit HBO programme in 2011.
Rose and Kit were Game of Thrones characters that had a passionate love affair, and their chemistry definitely brought them together.
