Until a compassionate stranger finds a young сhild who has been abandoned by his рarents after 8 months of wаndering аlօne
In 2016, a photo of a baby being bottle-fed by a Danish woman named Anja Ringgren Lovén caused a stir on the Internet and drove many people to tears.

An abandoned two-year-old boy lived on the streets for nearly half of his life. He was in danger of passing out from weariness.
The boy was given the name Hope by Lovén as a sign of hope for his survival.

The image was circulated on social media, which assisted in generating money for Hope’s rehabilitation and that of other children in a similar situation who are under the care of the Foundation for the Education and Development of Children in Africa.
The boy currently resides in an orphanage maintained by Anja Lovén and her husband in the Nigerian city of Eket. Here, kids who were pushed out into the street by their parents—for example, as a result of charges of witchcraft—find refuge.

Despite public organizations’ strong efforts, this horrific ritual is still practiced in Nigeria and several other African nations.

It was feasible to open a clinic for these kids because of donations made to the Foundation, including those from those who saw a picture of tiny Hope. In the near future, one shelter will also be constructed for them.
This is how hundreds of abandoned children were given hope by a single, unassuming photograph of a youngster with the name Hope.
