33 — accessorized her chic outfit with a gold belly chain and wore her tresses cascading down in waves.
Heidi further spruced up her look with a stylish red purse and large round 70’s style sunglasses.
Along with a number of stylish snaps she also shared two videos of herself enjoying a boat ride.
In the two clips the beauty can be seen enjoying the ride while showing off her outfit.
Another snap saw the German-born star smiling at the camera with her husband.
The runway phenomenon showed off her flawless features with little to no makeup.
She also shared a further look at her entire fit while taking a video in the mirror, while her husband nuzzled her neck from behind.
Earlier in the day the star posed in a black string bikini while on vacation at Cala di Volpe in Sardinia, Italy.
Heidi only had eyes for her husband Tom, of the band Tokio Hotel, whom she wed in 2019.
They held hands as they walked from their wood lounge chairs down the sandy beach and into the cool water. They got even more affectionate as they entered the surf.
The two put their arms around each other as they splashed around in the ocean while trying to cool off during an intense heat wave.
