You’ll blush when you see the latest private photo of Selena Gomez with boyfriend Benny Blanco
During this Fourth of July vacation, Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco had a lot of sparks flying.
A few weeks before they are scheduled to commemorate their one anniversary of dating, the Only Murders in the Building actress posted a picture of herself holding the music producer on her Instagram Stories on July 4.
Though Selena, 31, and Benny, 36, have generally avoided the spotlight, they have occasionally discussed their courtship with the media.
She seemed like the most sincere and kind person. On the May 2 broadcast of The Drew Barrymore Show, Benny raved to Drew Barrymore about Selena, saying, «Everything is so completely real.»
«I’ll walk by the mirror as I’m walking to her and I’ll look at myself and I’m like, ‘How did I get here?'»
The two were friends and coworkers before they started dating; they worked together on the 2019 song «I Can’t Get Enough» with producer Tainy and J Balvin.
Benny, a songwriter who has been nominated for 12 Grammy Awards and who co-wrote numerous hit songs, including «Lonely,» a 2020 song by Selena’s ex Justin Bieber, disclosed that he and his girlfriend started dating in late July 2023, around the time of her birthday. And in his opinion, the singer of «Come and Get It» initiated contact.
«She said, ‘Hey, you want to hang out?’ and I said, ‘Yeah,'» Benny remarked on The Howard Stern Show’s May 14 edition. «I remember sitting there and she’s like, ‘Well, I would have worn something different for this date,’ and I was like, ‘What, we’re on a date?'»
The two are now close friends. «We laugh all f—king day,» uttered by himself. «She inspires me.»
Benny, whose true name is Benjamin Joseph Levin, also talked about the thoughtful way he bought his sweetheart a Valentine’s Day present. «She’s a movie buff,» he declared. «I therefore lease a theater. I removed the seats and we placed a large couch in front of the car since she loves a cozy couch.»
Along with cooking and gathering her favorite delicacies, the producer also got his lover ready to watch her favorite movie.
«I brought a deep fryer, everything, made her fried pickles,» he stated. «I bought her every Taco Bell flavor she loved. She is a hot Cheetos fan. I have some spicy Cheetos. I then brought in a nacho machine because she loves movie theater nachos. We watched Almost Famous since that was her childhood favorite film.
A day before he published his cookbook, Open Wide: A Cookbook for Friends, on April 29, Benny, who frequently displays his culinary prowess on social media, shared photos of yet another delectable romantic endeavor on his TikTok.
The singer-songwriter posted a video of him preparing a steak for Selena, which he then delivered to her home along with a handwritten note that said, «I love you!» on a paper towel. Rest well! You got steak from me!»
Regarding their future together, Benny stated on The Howard Stern Show that he hoped to have children in the future. When Howard Stern informed him that he thought he and his girlfriend will get married, Benny responded, «You and me both.»
However, he joked, «I don’t have anything, what do you mean?,» in response to a question concerning a ring. I’m not wearing shoes. I need to gather my thoughts.
Selena laughed during the part of the interview. In an interview with TIME that was released on May 29, she stated, «He can’t lie to save his life.» «He will respond to inquiries if they are made.»
She said, «I don’t know what the future holds, but I do know that he won’t be leaving anytime soon.»
