According to law enforcement officials, an investigation is currently underway to determine where Matthew obtained the ketamine that ultimately contributed to his death.
The primary concerns are around the identity of the supplier and the conditions surrounding the drug’s delivery, the outlet stated.

His memoir Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing, which was published a year before he passed away, included details of his sobriety journey and an open discussion of his issues with addiction.
