Halle Berry has failed to get ex-husband Olivier Martinez to go to co-parenting therapy to resolve conflicts over their son
Halle Berry’s attempt to get her ex-husband Olivier Martinez attend co-parenting classes in order to settle their differences with their 10-year-old kid has failed.

In order to «resolve disputes and conflicts between them in an effort to successfully co-parent» their son, Berry and her ex-husband decided to postpone their therapy sessions until September, according to court documents obtained by TMZ last week.
Berry claims this decision was made without consulting her or their therapist.
She states that he missed the July sessions in order to travel to his home country of France, and that he wants to postpone the August sessions because his brother would be in town.
The actress requested that a judge order him to follow the timetable specified in the contract. Additionally, she states Martinez is not permitted to use travel as an excuse because therapy sessions are performed via Zoom.
The celebrity stated that the six combined sessions had a deadline of June 14 for completion.
Berry’s legal team, according to Radar, had argued that Martinez’s nonattendance from therapy was impeding the ‘development and best interests’ of their son. Berry said Martinez ‘continuously’ included Maceo in their disagreements, which made him ‘act out against her.’
Berry is «continually attempting to strong-arm [him] by forcing him into «submission» using her wealth, and the legal professionals at her disposal,» according to Martinez’s team in response.
His attorney went on to say that Berry filed the request when she «knew» Martinez would be traveling, claiming that Berry faced «no immediate harm» and that Berry’s request was ineligible for an emergency injunction.
