The runway maven draped a furry black coat over her slender shoulders.
She strolled carefully in sky-high black heels and carried a sparkly clutch in one hand.
For a pop of color, Heidi had her toenails painted red.
The mother-of-four’s sandy blonde hair looked freshly blown out and her fringe was parted down the middle.
Sofia, 51, flaunted her hourglass curves in a tight brown maxi dress with long sleeves and a chic high neck.
The Modern Family star’s shiny brunette hair flowed down her chest and she rocked her signature soft brown smokey eye.
She kept her essentials in a black Bottega Veneta pouch and added height to her petite frame with platform heels.
Sofia previewed her night out look by sharing a video with her Instagram followers before heading out the door.

Though Heidi clearly enjoyed spending some quality time with pal Sofia, the German stunner is her happiest at home with husband Tom Kaulitz, 34.

Tom was clearly in a deep sleep as he didn’t even wakeup when Heidi sat next to him and placed her head on his chest.

As for Sofia’s personal life, she split from her husband Joe Manganiello, 46, in July after seven years of marriage.
