How Lauren Speed-Hamilton Celebrates ‘Amazing’ Husband Cameron Hamilton’s Birthday
Lauren Speed-Hamilton is marking all the reasons why she’s grateful for her husband Cameron Hamilton on his birthday.
Speed-Hamilton, who met her husband Cameron on the first season of Love Is Blind back in 2018, shared a carousel of 10 photos — plus 10 reasons why she loves him — on Instagram Wednesday, July 3, to mark Cameron’s Cameron’s 34th birthday.
«It’s my best friends Bday! I’m so happy you were born! Here’s 10 reasons ☺️,» Speed-Hamilton wrote in the caption to her post. «1. You are SO loving always taking care of us.
And your FINE TOO ,» she added, additionally citing her husband as a «devoted dog Dad» and her «forever plus 1» in further reasons she wrote in her caption.
A few of Lauren’s images matched the explanations she gave in her post, such as a picture of him dozing off with the couple’s dog, videos of them at Cheesecake Factory, a picture of them strolling through an airport, and an old clip of them popping open a bottle of champagne to commemorate Love Is Blind’s 2020 premiere.

The way you make me smile (happy),» she wrote in the caption, in which she referred to Cameron as being «the Clyde to my Bonnie since day 1.»

On the first day of production for the first season of Love Is Blind, Lauren, 36, and Cameron first crossed paths. They were married on November 16, 2018, and in November 2023, they celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary by renewing their vows in Las Vegas.
The pair, who are still considered to be among Love Is Blind’s most well-known alums, admitted to PEOPLE in February that they no longer regularly watch the famous dating show on Netflix.
«I’ll continue to keep an eye on things, see what people are saying online, and assess how things progress before deciding [whether or not to watch the entire show].»
If not, I might continue to watch,» Lauren remarked at the time. Cameron also mentioned that he was reminded of the couple’s first-season experience by the show.
At the time, he added, «So it could be kind of an intense experience.» It involves more than just turning on any old show and kicking back. I believe that we are investing a certain amount of time in the show. Thus, it’s just something to be aware of.»
