In Montecito, California, Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden appeared to be joyful than ever as they spent time with their family.
The couple, who had their son Cardinal in March, seemed absolutely happy as they left the house on Saturday morning with both of their kids.
The Charlie’s Angels actress, with Benji holding their four-year-old daughter Raddix’s hand, appeared to be any ordinary suburban mother pushing her newborn boy in a stroller. Cameron wore a black t-shirt, matching jeans, and white Birkenstocks for their casual stroll.
Her partner, meantime, was dressed identically, with long shorts and a long black sleeve. The foursome seemed content as they strolled around their seaside neighborhood close to Santa Barbara in the afternoon.
The pair put their enormous Beverly Hills mansion up for sale this month, listing it at $17.8 million. In 2020, Madden and the star of Something About Mary paid $14.7 million for the property. Situated in the Benedict Canyon neighborhood of Los Angeles, the seven-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom estate is beautifully manicured on 1.6 acres.
The pair made the decision to sell the house and move into one of their other Los Angeles homes. «They are deciding to part with the Benedict property in order to move into one of their other Los Angeles residences,» a person close to the family told People.
The couple also owns a nearly 11,000-square-foot, six-bedroom, ten-bathroom property in Montecito that they paid $12.8 million for in 2022.
Even though they adore the town’s atmosphere, Los Angeles is where their lives are primarily focused.
The source continued, «They occasionally go there, but Los Angeles is their main focus in life.»The main house and guesthouse of the farmhouse-style residence have high beamed ceilings, French doors, and fireplaces.
Taking up an entire wing of the house, the massive master bedroom has a sitting area, dressing room, fireplace, two closets, and two bathrooms.
A home theater and a waterfall-equipped pool are among the additional features. In addition, the gated property features rolling green lawns, shady patios, walking trails through hillside gardens, and breathtaking views.
