Lily Collins Looks Absolutely Gorgeous in a Little Black Dress
On Thursday, Lily Collins attended a SAG-AFTRA Foundation event in New York City with her co-stars from Emily in Paris, and she looked incredibly stylish.
The 35-year-old daughter of music icon Phil Collins walked the red carpet wearing a flirtatious off-the-shoulder LBD and high-heeled shoes.
Her nearly $2,000 Alessandra Rich gown had a black satin bow on the bust, ruffled tulle sleeves, and a seductively tight waist.Lily wore her shiny stud earrings visible through her silky brunette hair tucked behind her ears.
To round off her ensemble, she put on her enormous diamond wedding ring, which was a gift from her husband Charlie McDowell, 41, and translucent black stockings.
Lily chose a natural glam look for her glam.
Her makeup artist applied a layer of black mascara to her lashes and applied a mauve shade to her mouth.
She added a hint of peach blush to her cheeks and brilliant bronzing powder to her flawless skin.
The Netflix romantic drama, in which Lily plays the lead role, was just given a fifth season renewal.
The starlet was accompanied by her glitzy co-stars Ashley Park and Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu.
Philippine, who portrays Sylvie Grateau, the creator of the upscale fashion marketing company Agence Grateau, where Emily is employed, looked stunning in a tie and gray pinstripe shirt.
The elegant Frenchwoman, sixty-one, tucked her blouse into a gray pencil skirt.
The Netflix sensation features Ashley Park as Emily’s best friend Mindy Chen. Park caught eyes with her odd blazer featuring a bust encrusted in crystals.
The singer, 33, flaunted her toned stomach with the jacket’s translucent mesh paneling and oversized shoulders.
She put on silver stud-studded kitten heels and dazzling black sequin trousers.
Park’s rich brunette hair stood out against her silver hoops earrings.
Before THR’s Neha Joy led a Q&A, the adorable trio posed for pictures.
They talked about the second half of the fourth season of the program, which debuted on Netflix on September 12 in five episodes.
Lily was spotted a few days after shocking her fans on Good Morning America by stating that Netflix’s fifth season of Emily in Paris will return.
She said on Monday’s show, «This is the first time I get to talk about the fact that there will be a season five.»
«This is brand new for everyone—we just found out ourselves.» I’m ecstatic.
Additionally, the show will resume where it left off in season four, part two, when Emily, the lead character, traveled to Rome, the capital of Italy.
Lily talked excitedly about her experience filming in the breathtaking city and expressed her want to travel the nation more in the upcoming season.
«We explore Rome, and now that we’re getting more of Italy in season five, I really hope that,» she remarked.
«We had the most amazing time.» The entire ensemble had the same feeling as Emily in season one as they ran about the city, wide-eyed, and everything was so thrilling.
‘We’re happy with the tremendous reception to this season of Emily in Paris and excited to return for a fifth to continue Emily’s adventures in Rome and Paris!’ said Darren Star, the show’s creator, to Tudum on Monday.
He acknowledged that the show’s title will stay the same when the source questioned if it would change to better reflect the new setting.
«Emily will be present in Rome,» he revealed. He clarified, «It doesn’t mean she won’t be in Paris; it just means she’ll be there in Rome.»
Acknowledging that «the show has the ability to have a bigger footprint,» he also said that the purpose of sending Emily to Rome was to «stay ahead of the audience and take them to unexpected places.»
Netflix has not yet disclosed the fifth season’s premiere date.
