Why was Kenya Moore fired from Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta?

It has been revealed that Kenya Moore will not be appearing in the next season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Bravo reportedly benched the 53-year-old reality TV personality after an altercation with new co-star Brittany Eady, according to TMZ.

Kenya is considering her legal options, according to the website, after she first said she was «not going anywhere» in response to the suspension.

It comes amid rumors that Moore shared lewd pictures of Eady during filming season 16, which Moore has refuted.

Kenya had initially decided to take a vacation from the series with the opportunity to come back at a later time, with the production crew as well.

During the first few days of filming, Brittany is said to have threatened Kenya by calling her a «gun» in a conversation. This is when the conflict between the two ladies started.

According to insiders who spoke with TMZ, the network looked into the claim against Brittany and came up with unsupported conclusions.

There was never a gun present when the cameras were rolling, according to sources.

Kenya allegedly showed NSFW posters of Eady during her hair spa’s grand opening after receiving the claimed threat, even though Brittany wasn’t present.

Bravo ultimately determined that Kenya’s actions were against their code of conduct.

Sources close to the matter told TMZ that Kenya feels mistreated and has cited safety concerns as a contributing factor in her and Bravo’s disagreement.

Porsha Williams and Kandi Burruss, the former pageant queen’s co-stars, have both defended her.

Moore has been fired for the rest of the season, despite their support for her.

Kenya refuted the allegations on her Instagram Story not long after the purported encounter made headlines.

She wrote, «Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear.» «The truth always surfaces.»

Furthermore, Moore affirmed that she «would never engage in revenge porn» on the social networking platform X.

In addition, she declared that she has «never distributed anyone’s private images or footage, nor solicited others’ images for use, threats, or blackmail.»

Eady, meantime, released a statement on the internet.

Being singled out or intimidated by someone I believed would welcome me into a new social group but had never met is never a pleasant experience.

«Just to be clear, I have never threatened anyone or owned any weapons.» The story that’s being presented hurts me. «Improper is incorrect,» she stated on Instagram.

Since 2012, when the show’s fifth season debuted, Moore has been a star of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
